1. Place emphasis on your value! - Avoid Self-criticism. Treat yourself with respect. Focus on your positives.
2. Take care of your body! - Taking care of your physical being WILL help your mental being. Eat right. Drink plenty of water. Do something physical. And..... SLEEEEEEEEP!!!
3. Surround yourself with positive people/energy! - Its okay to be a supportive friend, but don't end up an emotional dumpster. Listen but keep your energy high. If you are feeling drained, do something you enjoy to re-balance.
Remember pray/meditate/quiet time!
